Heroku 로그인 안됨

 

이 문제 나만 겪는 것인가....? 구글링, 네이버, 다음을 아무리 뒤져봐도 답이 나오지 않았다.
$7이 신용카드로 결제되고 있다. 설정을 바꾸어야 하는데 로그인을 할 수가 없다.
인증자앱이 생성한 코드를 입력하십시오. 무엇을 입력하는 것인지.

2단계 인증이 설정되어있는 것 같은데, 나는 설정한 기억이 없다... QR코드를 스캔한 적도 없는 것 같은데... 그래서 아무리 해도 안되는 것인지... Google authenticator OTP코드와 Github 2fa method로 시도해보았는데 '잘못되거나 만료된 코드입니다. 다른항목으로 시도하십시오', '요청된 형식과 일치시키세요' 라는 메세지만 떴다.

공식 홈페이지에도 더이상의 문제는 support@heroku.com에 문의하라고 되어있어서 연락해 보았다.
2 영업일 안에 응답한다고 한다.

I am a student studying programming and I joined Heroku service in Feburary.
I am not able to login the service and just paying $7 every month.
The only view I face is this,

This is Korean but it is saying that ‘please type the code generated by authentication app'.
I tried using Google Authenticator OTP and GitHub 2fa method but the page denies them just saying 'it is wrong or expired code, try another method’ and there is no access to other method in this page.

How can I login? I want to quit paying.
I am just a student so I am in trouble with paying money.
Help me please.

the app or pipeline name of a connected GitHub repository

Date of Heroku account creation (this can be found in your Heroku account confirmation email)
Your billing zip/postal code
The invoice number, date, and amount for 2 of the last 6 months

I attached the missing file below, it is Korean but the message is to insert the code by authentication app. I think it means 2fa method but I do not think that I made that setting.
Furthermore, the ticket you sended to me also does not work because of the same problem. I cannot access whole pages with my account except the login page facing this issue. It just says that the code which is generated by the authentication app is required.

I am sorry I am not sure I have 2 apps on Heroku. The only thing I guess is 'wetube' or 'wetube-clone'.  I cannot check since I am unable to access my Heroku dashboard.
The date of deployment on Heroku is Feb 12, 2023. The hash commit id of the most recent commits is ~~~~, ~~~~, ~~~~, the prior is the more recent one.

Thanks for the response. I have generated a temporary code that can be used to log into your account as a verification code. The code is valid for 24 hours.
Code: ~~~~
Once you have successfully logged in, you can choose how you would like to manage MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) on your account to avoid getting locked out of your account in the future.

Heroku에서 24시간동안 유효한 임시코드를 보내줬다. 바로 로그인을 성공했다 😭😭
가이드준대로 로그인하자마자 MFA부터 다시 설정했다. 들어가서 QR스캔하는 창을 보니 왠지 낯이 익기도 하다... 
이런거 설정한 적 없다고 했는데 내가 설정한 적 있는 것 같다 Sorry Heroku 😅 
심지어 앱 이름 wetube나 wetube-clone일 것이라고 했는데 둘다 틀렸다. wetube-practice였다.
